This year’s Donna Jo Morse Negotiations Competition has brought together fourteen talented teams of second-year and third-year students from Albany Law School for a semester-long opportunity to both hone their negotiation skills and compete against their fellow classmates.  After several grueling rounds, the field of fourteen has been trimmed to four.

The Anthony V. Cardona ’70 Moot Court Program, Competition Chair Nicholas Davoli ’14, and Competition Associate Calee Oas ’15 would like to take this opportunity to cordially invite you to our two semi-final round match-ups this coming week:

Our first semi-final round will take place Tuesday, February 25th, at 7:30 p.m. in the Dean Alexander Moot Courtroom featuring Brittiny Razzano ’14 and Michael Wetmore ’14 against Emily von Werlhof ’14 and Erica Rickards ’14.  The first evening will be judged by local practitioners Richard Ernst ’81, Jeffrey Anderon ’81, and Kevin Grossman.

Our second semi-final round will take place Wednesday, February 26th at 7:30 p.m. in the Dean Alexander Moot Courtroom at Albany Law School featuring Kathleen Evers ’14 and Gregory Pratt ’14 against Kelly Maloney ’15 and Michael LiPetri ’15.  The second evening will be judged by local practitioners Anne-Jo McTague ’00, Carolyn George, and Jeffrey Sherrin ’75.
The winning team from both evenings will advance to the Donna Jo Morse Negotiations Final Round, taking place on Thursday, March 6th, at 6:00 p.m. in the Dean Alexander Moot Courtroom at Albany Law School.
