On Friday, January 15, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church will be holding the 37th Annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Interfaith Memorial Service.
The program will feature interfaith readings and prayers as well as music. Focusing on the theme of “Courage to Stand for the Rights of Others”, the event will feature guest speaker Rev. Gertrude Harris, Associate Minister at Macedonia Baptist Church in Albany. This event is the primary fundraiser for the Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship Fund of the Capital Area Council of Churches.
If you cannot attend, but would like to support the fund with a donation, you can make a check payable to: CACC/MLK Fund and mail it to the Council of Churches, 646 State Street, Albany, NY 12203.
